The Property

The entrance to the house is down a small farm lane and the property is bordered by this lane and open fields. The farmhouse consists of 5 bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room and two toilets, a large kitchen/dining room, a sitting room and a games room.

Two double bedrooms are on the ground floor, with the toilet and the shower room. On the first floor you will find the bathroom, second toilet and a further double bedroom and two other bedrooms, one with three single beds and one with a double and a single bed.

The kitchen/dining room is well equipped and with a gas cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. It leads to a spacious sitting room with original wood beams where one of the very comfy sofas converts into a double bed. There is a television which does not receive broadcast tv but plays uk vhs tapes and dvd's. There is also a radio/cassette/cd player. The washing machine is located in one of the out buildings.

Although the house can sleep 12 people, it works equally well for a smaller sized party. It is a very accommodating house.

pool

The Garden is about half an acre, fenced and laid, mainly to grass and mole hills and contains a 12 mtr by 6 mtr pool, 2 mtrs at it's deepest. The pool is ideal for lazy sunny days. There is a gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue situated in one of the barns, please replace any barbecue fuel you may use.

The property is, a sun trap, but with the tiled floor and thick brick walls the interior is very cool, even in the height of summer and there are shady areas within the garden.

There are various out buildings, some of which are locked.

Rush hour on the road to Moussac is about 8 am and amounts to about a total of 8 cars, 2 tractors and a horse!
